Hi Karen:

My feeling is that this would be a good issue for the MOS to stay out 
of since these are not wild birds. Just like we don't get into issues 
dealing with pet/caged birds. Since they do mostly all do go home, 
they really don't seem to impact our native avifauna.

Just my $.02 but I don't want to start a debate about this ...
