Hey All,

Ebird is running a story on Zachary DeBruine this month. He has coded a
very nice google gadget that will spit out recent ebird sightings given a
specific lat/long location. It is quite a step up from the existing gadgets
with its greatest feature being checklist-link integration. The rarities
tab is also beautiful and blows the existing rarities gadget out of the
water. Zachary has also been awesome enough to encourage anyone to build
upon his code. In that light, I've made a separate gadget where the main
API feed is county based instead of latitude/longitude based. I've also
preloaded all of the Maryland counties into this version of the gadget as
well. Check out the links below. Big thanks to Zachary again; it's some
mighty fine work.
