Hi everyone,

I received news today of 2 WILD Sandhill Cranes in the endangered species
area at Patuxent Wildlife Research Center.  The crane flock manager told me that they have been there since Tuesday, Jan. 3rd.  Unfortunately, this area is off limits to the public, and, especially now because of the breeding season being underway.  I am mentioning so there is a record of this.  I know of at least one other time that this has occurred, and that was on Feb. 12, 1998.
