I received a request for clarification so here it is.
One or two cars in the drive is no problem as long as you are
 near the car and can move it promptly when necessary.  Parking on 
frozen lawn is ok.  Otherwise, park on 17 and walk.  Wandering anywhere 
other than the driveway near the pond is not ok.
