If you try for these, I suggest carefully parking off Hwy 17 and then 
walking on the one lane road that residents use that runs by the pond.  
Otherwise you will be blocking residents' access and/or making ruts in 
the lawn.  For the pond location you can click on the map link on the 
sighting listed on the eBird google gadget here:  
http://www.montgomerybirdclub.org/LocalBirds.html  (For some reason my 
sighting isn't showing up on the gadget yet, but others' are).
