Snow Geese - Dorchester

Today I saw a flock of 4,000 Snow Geese along Elwood Rd and north of
Hurlock. There was 1 Ross's Goose that I found in the flock. Several of the
Snow Geese had yellow collars with black letters. I have reported three of
these banded birds and here is their history.

GPS location: 38,38'36" N; 75,52'31" W

40CA is an adult female, banded 4/2009 at Ile-aux-Oies. She was seen on
10/17/2011 at Riviere Ouelle.
RK78 is an adult female, banded 8/2009 at Bylot Island. Today was the first
sighting of her since she was banded.
RE61 is an adult female, banded 8/2008 at Bylot Island. She has been seen
1/08/2009 at Blackwater NWR, 1/09/2009 at Blackwater NWR, 1/22/2009 at
Blackwater NWR, 3/03/2009 in Pennsylvania, 3/04/2009 at Middle Creek WMA
PA, 10/12/2009 - 11/24/2009 in Victoriaville, 3/30/2010 at Lac Saint-Pierre
& Baie-du-Febvre, 10/30/2010 in Victoriaville, 10/13/2011 in Victoriaville,
and lastly on 1/12/2012 in Hurlock, MD. You could say she gets around.
