I saw one immature White-crowned Sparrow at Western Regional Park in Howard County today (1/18).  It was with a flock of Song, White-throated and Field Sparrows in the brushy area downhill from soccer fields 10 and 11.  There were 6 Horned Larks flying around the parking lots for these two soccer fields.  Also in Howard County I observed one American Kestrel along Old Frederick Road just west of Underwood Road.
