Dave,
I saw one on Jan 4th at the Chuck Wade Turf Farm in Adamstown, MD,
Frederick County. It was on the the entrance road. I observed it from New
Design Rd. It was with 2 Snow Buntings and a large flock of Horned Larks.
Also check the nearby Oland Rd.

If it snows, I will check Underwood Rd in Howard County for Lapland
Longspurs.
