Visibility: 10.0 miles, Dew Point: 9 °F, Precipitation: 19% Chance of Rain , 
Pressure: 30.16 in , Ice coverage: 50%. Jay Sheppard and I checked out the Oxbow 
before the possible snow expected overnight. While we were scoping the south and 
west parts of the lake, 2 beaver swam from out of their lodge and looked us 
over. With a slap of the tail, they moved on to better things.
