Here is a late  report of birds seen in in Queen Annes County on 1-21-12

A huge Snow goose flock in the area of   Rt  309 , Rolling bridge road . Then another  at  Rt 213 near Wye Mills  but never very close to scope well

Killdeer     12       On RT 309  Starr      One bird crouched down opened it wings a little spread its tail  as another  Killdeer got close 
                                                     Second bird  crouched  down head twords the ground spread its tail  then flew father away 
                                                     this was repeated twice . A most interesting behavior to witness .   A disagreement over  feeding area  I                                                    guess .    If someone has  seen  or knows  this behavior please email off list serve please .
