Watching the feeders this morning was I treated to a wonderful interlude with a red fox http://flic.kr/p/bjYoZT.
Everyone seems to be encountering a lack of bird at the feeders  (per customers at the local bird store).....warm weather may be contributing?
A few more goldfinch starting to appear but still very low in numbers. Interesting winter for certain!
