And several years ago, there was a Red-Shouldered nest in the yard next
door. In June, after the two young had fledged and were left alone by their
parents, they came into my yard after a rain, and were digging in the mulch
outside my window. It took me a few moments to realize that the two mighty
hunters were hunting the worms in the mulch!
