The previously reported Clay-colored Sparrow was seen this morning along
the entrance road to North Vaughn WMA.

Also, at the mouth of the OC inlet there is a first winter Razorbill
swimming with the loons.  25 or so Common Eiders accompany the scoter flock
behind the South jetty.
