Except for a small walk on the fireroad I've been home today watching my yardbirds. Nothing much on the fireroad a few Titmouse and Carolina Chickadees and a Pileated in the woods next to my driveway . Really pretty quiet.

Back in my yard it was busy morning at the feeders.

Lots of Goldfinches, Chickadees, Titmouse, Cardinals chasing other cardinals, Downy Woodpeckers, RedBellied Woodpecker, Wb Nuthatches, Juncos, Mourning Doves, Bluejays, Crows, WT Sparrows and my Pine Warbler.

Yesterday outside of Maryland, I picked up a lifer a beautiful Townsend's Warbler in Carisle Pa. Andy, one of the nicest homeowners invited us up on his deck to check out his Townsend's Warbler and his very birdie yard. The warbler was seen at a beef fat or suet. This suet was also very popular with other birds like the Pine Warbler. Also went looking for the Shippensburg Snowy owl. No luck with seeing the Snowy but, we did see lots of Kestrels and a pair of Red tailed hawks.
