7:30-09:30 am  Weather: clear, sunny, cold.  No wind.  29 degrees at 7:30 am.  High tide was at 5:21 am

Observed, but not part of the Winter Waterbird count

Mixed flock of 2000+ black bird species

Highlight of the morning was all five eagles chasing and diving (and every other thing with wings in the air trying to get out of their way).. We speculated that they might be a family: there have been multiple successful nests around Jug Bay the last couple of years.
