Weather:
Foggy to start then partly cloudy; 54-73 degrees; poor visibility becoming
good; winds starting out from the east, then variable or ESE, 3-9 mph
Raptor Observations:
Once the fog lifted, a good flight began with a kettle of 155 vultures and
a run of accipiters and Red-shoulders and Red-tails, despite the easterly
winds.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
