This morning there was a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher at Governor Bridge Natural
Area in Bowie. I heard and saw the bird flying about a small island on the
Patuxent before it headed west into the woods. Certainly my earliest record!

Birds in general were active and vocal, despite the heavy fog. Other
notables including many singing Winter Wrens, an influx of Brown Creepers
(3) and few dozen flyover Cowbirds.
