Hi all,

  Birded Aspen Hill this morning, and got 1 BG Gnatcatcher high in a Sycamore feeding and making it's nasally call. The usual birds in the area, and the nest I have been watching is now 'occupied' (bad choice of words-oophs!) by a pair of Red-shouldered Hawks.  Montgmery County's new bag law must be taking effect, as one of the hawks chose to garnish it's nest with a white plastic shopping bag......
