Last evening while out at Patuxent's North Tract doing woodcock surveys,
heard my FOY Whip-poor-will. It sang for several minutes then hushed up when both Great Horned and Barred Owls
joined in the evening chorus. This is the earliest that I've heard Whip-poor-will by almost a week.
