Yesterday afternoon I spent a couple hours scanning the bay looking for the previously reported Northern Gannets in Kent.   Scanning from Tolchester Marnia, I had eight fly-by Bonnie's and 4 Caspian Terns among the other gulls, but no Gannets. I then tired from Eastern Neck NWR, after a while I was able to find an adult Gannet in Kent waters. On the way out I scanned the flats at the bridge, while looking through the dozens of Bonnie's and Forster's Terns two Least Terns flew over calling loudly.
