Hi --

Walking the dogs this morning in NW Branch Park, saw what might be our "Last of Year" Winter Wren along the stream at a regular spot. With the warm weather, don't expect it to linger. Nothing much else of note except a pair of Towhees, lingering White-throats, a calling Pileated WP and a Phoebe at the Locksley Lane culvert. Great deal of noise from development on old Indian Springs golf course so not ideal birding scenario!

Got home to find a Carolina Wren investigating the garage for its usual nesting spot (in an empty aquarium) .
