Partly cloudy at first, then a heavy cloud cover for about an hour, then
partly cloudy again becoming mostly sunny; 56-71 degrees; visibility fair
becoming good; winds alternating between calm and ESE, 0-10 mph

Raptor Observations:
Another seemingly good day for a flight which resulted in few migrants for
this time of the season

Non-raptor Observations:
A pair of Eastern Kingbirds beating up on an unsuspecting Killdeer

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
