Tom, Bob Cantilli and I had one, possibly two Wood Thrush's at Constitution Gardens on Monday.  It was with at least one Hermit Thrush, one un-ID'd thrush-sized bird (the other possible Wood Thrush), and two Ovenbirds just hanging out in the grove of trees west of the impoundment.  They were not singing.

Also near the Mall: on C St., just west of 7th St., SW, just east of the Forrestal (Dept. of Energy) building, there was a singing wood thrush, just at dusk.  If he is still there, singing, in the AM, I'll send another email.  Very unusual location, but this is migration, and the trees there are pretty tall.
