I was able to see the nelson sparrow from near end of seawall away from wetlands to get a better scope view of the bridge. This bright colored sparrow was visible for a short time near edge before went in. I was nearby dundalk area for flower deliveries when keith post it. Had to finish 2 more before came down. And now head back to flower shop to get paid. The black tern was not seen in area.

Jim Peters had a Black Tern saw a Black Tern at Fort McHenry this morning.
Flying down the Middle Branch heading southeast.

Later he found a Nelsonšs Sparrow and shared it later with John Hubbell. It
was under the bigger bridge near the Osprey platform.
