Last night my husband and I were awaken by a tick, tick,....tick, tick, tick repeated over and over again!� Trying to focus, I was going through possible senaorios - did my recorder come on automatically to Yellow Rail?� No, it would have played once and shut off.� Cricket?� No, never heard one like that.� My parrot?� No, I trieed moving toward it and left the sound.� The sound was coming from outside my bedroom window.� When my husband turned the light on it stopped and started again for about 3 more minutes after the light went off.� Believe it or not - I had a Yellow Rail in the yard last night!
