This afternoon (21 May) there was a female Red-necked Phalarope feeding in the main show pool at Chesapeake Farms in Kent County. 

Other shorebirds present today were:

Semipalmated Plover- 22

Killdeer- 1
Black-bellied Plover- 2
Least Sandpiper- 2

Semipalmated Sandpiper- 206
Short-billed Dowitcher- 46

Dunlin- 54

I surveyed the pond yesterday and the numbers were different from today's, so there seems be a lot of turnover. They are in the process of lowing the main show pool now, I drove the rest of the auto tour and all the other smaller ponds were still full.
