-gonna keep this brief, as I am posting from my phone:  my  family and I, along with Matt Tillet and his family are attending a music festival at the Allegheny County Fairgrounds in Cresaptown, Md. This afternoon, while watching the storm clouds roll down the Potomac valley, a beautifuul dark-morphed Broad-winged Hawk circled over the fairgrounds for about five minutes offering outstanding looks! 

A very exciting find for me... Is this sub sp. reviewable?
