Official Counter: Sue Ricciardi
Observers: Andy Smith, Bill Hubick, Dan Stewart, Ed Carlson

Mostly cloudy becoming mostly sunny after the first two hours; 76-87
degrees; poor to fair visibility with haze; winds light, mostly with a
southerly component, 3-9 mph
Raptor Observations:
A flight comparable to yesterday: vultures, ospreys, and eagles, with a few
Broadwings thrown in today. Four of the eagles were juveniles. We were on
high alert for Dan Haas's kite, but we could only muster up a non-avian one.
