6:55 PM - a sooty shearwater and a Wilson's storm-petrel flew north past south beach. The sooty was in pretty close, then angled out a bit so both birds were in the same scope view. I ran into Scott H earlier on the beach; he'd had a sooty a few hours before, which gave me hope. Cool. 

Now to Elliott Island...
