Matt Anthony just texted that he was unable to relocate the White-winged Crossbills at the below location but instead found a Clay-colored Sparrow. Nice find!
He also reports a flyover Merlin.

6 White-winged Crossbills at Point Lookout at the Camp Store & Boat Concession parking lot.
Thanks to Mike Burchett and Betsy Bangert for letting me know of the flyover male, they had at the same location.
