I spent about an hour between 12:30 and 1:30 looking for the Pacific Loon
reported yesterday from Fort Howard and had no luck. The area was fairly
hazy making identification of distant birds very difficult. Most of the
activity seemed to be off the south end of the peninsula, which does not
appear to be accessible.
