An apparent female Lapland Longspur was with Horned Larks and Savannah Sparrows along a driveway on the north side of Old Frederick Road at the 12800 block:

I also saw a Pine Siskin at the corner of Font hill and Carrigan Drives later in the day.
In Frederick County I saw a female Northern Harrier flying low over fields along Cap Stine Road near Manor Woods Road. An American Pipit and Wilson's Snipe were in a freshly plowed field on the NE corner of Lilypons Road and Route 85. I saw a flock of about 30 Horned Larks fly over but did not hear or see any likely longspur candidates.
A Red-breasted Nuthatch is still coming to our suet feeder.
