I visited the marina at Harve de grace today from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Tidal flat moderate. Cool, cloudy, breezy.

Pied-billed Grebe 14
Double-crested Cormorant 6
Great Blue Heron 15
Canada Goose 130
Mallard 100+ (many "dock mallards")
Gadwall 1
Bald Eagle 1 (imm)
American Coot 100
Killdeer 2
Greater Yellowlegs 1
Dunlin 1
LAUGHING GULL 1 (imm)
Ring-billed Gull 350
Herring Gull 23
Great Black-backed Gull 8
Forster's Tern 75
Caspian Tern 7
Belted Kingfisher 1
American Crow 2
Fish Crow 1
Crow sp. 11 (see below)
Black-throated Green Warbler 1

There was a single crow on the flats that had nearly entirely white
secondaries and tertials, except for a small black tip on each feather that
l;argely obscured the pattern when the bird was sittign. It was strikingly
obvious when the bird was in flight.

Exotic note: Yesterday I had a free-flying (and obviously escaped!)
Budgerigar on the telephone lines in the parking lot of the laundromat next
to the 7-11 at the intersection of Rte. 175 and the B-W Parkway in Laurel,
Prince George's County.

birds he would have done better to preach to the cats."
