Tyler and Jane,

Nice call on the Mississippi Kites.  I'll have to go spend some time searching up here tomorrow.  Marcia Whitmyre and I had a single here in Cecil 5/11/96, so pretty close timing.

Wonder if Jim Stasz can shed some light on other sightings of same species during May in Maryland ?
