Hi All:
After a summer drought of hummers, I am now seeing a female on a daily
basis, but never at the feeders.  I planted cardinal flower in the
spring, which is now in full bloom, and I can attest to the fact that
hummers love it.  It seems that whenever I glance over at the flower
bed,  there is frequently a guest filling up at the tall red flowere
spikes.    I watched her little circuit- cardinal flower, a little taste
of hollyhock, better try that monarda,  can`t pass up this lavender,
this butterfly bush was planted for me, this cardinal flower tastes like
more!!
