Sorry, the Delaware colony of Monk Parakeets doesn't qualify under ABA
listing rules. 

Why not?  Because the Delaware State Records Committee hasn't added them to
the Delaware list.

To count Monks on your ABA list, you need to find colonies that are
"accepted" by individual states.  These states are currently:

	Florida
	Texas
	New York
	Rhode Island
	Connecticut

Even the "famous" Hyde Park colony isn't countable, since Illinois hasn't
... well, you get the picture.
