Hi,

this is from the new Delaware Valley list and also the Pennsylvania Birds
list....and it's pretty close to Maryland. I believe there is a specimen
from the mid 1800s in Pennsylvania, making this the third Penna. record.

Cheers,

>Dear Birders:
>Dan Heathcote just called from a phone booth at
>Codorus State Park in York County, PA near Hanover.
>This morning (11/30) he found a male Black-throated
>GRAY Warbler at the Park. From PA 216 that runs between
>Hanover and Glen Rock, turn east on Sinseim (sp?) Road
>toward the Park. Turn into the main boat launch area and
>park in the second of two parking lots that are designed for
>people to unload horses. The Black-throated Gray Warbler
>was in a small cicular patch of vegetation located 15 feet from
>the edge of the parking lot. There was a large flock of Juncos,
>a few Bluebirds, and a few other species in the same patch.
>To my knowledge this is the second PA record, the first being
>two years ago in/near Berks County.
>Good luck.
