On January 10, 1999, an American Tree Sparrow, a Brown Thrasher, and a
male Rufous-sided Towhee were in Rock Creek Regional Park, Chevy Chase,
Maryland. The Tree Sparrow was in back of Meadowbrook Stables on
Meadowbrook Lane (just south of East-West Highway) with a flock of
White-throated Sparrows, and the other two birds were just outside the
nearby Park maintenance facility entrance.
