Don't know so I'm asking. Would this be something I and other citizens
could do on our own, and circulate it around our relatives, neigborhoods,
PTA meetings, campuses, and work place if it's allowable? Many people
enjoy their Sunday outings and don't belong to any official group.
Would it a good idea to download and print the text of the bills, and
have them with the petition with a short explanation of the reasons to
oppose it? Should the signatures also include addresses?
