Faux pas ... I quoted the previous definition of review category 5B.  The
current definition is:

5B. These species if seen along the Potomac river north of Charles County,
or inland
away from the major tidal Chesapeake Bay tributaries:

This doesn't change the review status of Boat-taileds.
