Hi everyone,

I went birding with Jim Green last Wednesday, April 21st. We went to
Nassawango, Elliot Island, and Blackwater NWR and ended the day with 108
species.

Some highlights included 15 warbler species, including Swainson's (heard
only), Hooded, Worm-eating, and many Prothonotarys, Prairies, Black and
Whites, Ovenbirds, Parulas, and Redstarts. We saw 4 vireo species
(Red-eyed, White-eyed, Blue-headed, and Yellow-throated). Other migrant
sightings included E. Kingbird, Scarlet Tanager, and Great Crested Flycatcher.

Our most unusual sightings were 4 Common Moorhens and 7 Black-necked Stilts
at Elliot Island.
