Hi Norm!
	I am unsure of who to contact about this.  Shiras suggested you might know 
the answer.  I have filed the Sales taxes for the Baltimore Bird Club.  I 
was asked for a Fed Tax Id Number.  I used the MOS number since we are 
under that umbrella and pay no federal taxes.  Is that correct?  Or do I 
have to obtain a federal id number for the BBC as well?
