This is the Hart-Miller Island (Baltimore County, MD) report for August
7, 1999.

The observers were Gene Scarpulla and Greg Futral.

             AM: Sunny, 70 degrees F., N 10K
             PM: Sunny, 90 degrees F., S 10K
             Conditions very dry; minimal shorebird habitat
