Folks, I concur with Todd. I independently made an estimate of the boundary line while driving over the Wilson bridge several times, using Fox Ferry Pt and estimating where the shore boundary was located given the postion of the boundary monuments (one stone at the lighthouse and two modern monuments elsewhere forming a line to from the west to the east MD shores) from previous inspection on foot. (As all know now, the boundary is not at the southern POINT of Jones Pt, but lies northward a distance of about 100 m or so.) As I posted on Marvadel at least one week earlier, the snags are clearly very close to the boundary and likely in DC waters. I concur with Sherman Suters advice that one should watch Ol' Whitey make significant excursions into DC or MD waters to correctly claim the "tic". Kurt Gaskill
