  Hello
I was at Lake Elkhorn this morning, hoping to see
something new for the year, but nothing. I must have
seen 100 Yellow-rumped Warblers, several Cardinals,
and several Canada Geese. There were lots of Tree and
Barn Swallows flying over the lake and quite a few
Red-winged Blackbirds too. Probably the best thing
there was seeing my year's 2nd Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
and Ruby-crowned Kinglet and also hearing a noisy
Red-shouldered Hawk, a few minutes before I actually
saw it. An American Crow flew up to it and the hawk
flew to another tree.
