MD Osprey:

I'd like to register a complaint!  It took us about 90 minutes of time to
drive up to Elkton this afternoon (6/10) .... when Barbara and I got there
at 3:40 pm, we had to wait FIVE WHOLE MINUTES for the first Mississippi
Kite to show ... THEN, we had to wait another FOUR WHOLE MINUTES for the
Swallow-tailed Kite to display. Sheesh! ... we are very important people
... we have places to go, things to do, people to see ... Next time, can
someone arrange to have the birds on display WHEN WE ARRIVE, so we can
promptly tick them and then move on ... Thanks.
