Lynette,
You will be less than ten minutes drive from the McKeldin Area of Patapsco Valley State Park. You can park at the intersection of Marriottsville Road and Marriottsville Road #2 and walk in with no fee. Also, you will be working in an unfinished Atlas block. Any data you collect at Springfield will be helpful. It is in Finksburg SW4.
