I visited the Mason Dixon Farm in Frederick County again today after Frank Schaff had reported 34 Golden Plovers there yesterday.  I joined Barbara Gearhart there this morning.

East Pond:
Shoveler  3
Green-winged Teal  1
Golden Plover  34, flew in as I arrived, did not move when a fox walked across the dry part of the pond, but took off for no apparent reason and landed out of sight in a nearby field, later flew over the pond headed west, probably to another field.
