My family and I went up to Black Hill after school today and stayed until 5:00. We mainly looked from the Non-Trailer Boat Launch parking lot on Rt. 121. A gentleman who saw the Eared Grebe over the weekend reassured us we were looking in the right spot. On this very cold and windy day we saw practically everything you would expect except the Eared Grebe.

PIED-BILLED GREBE - 5 (we tried to turn practically each one ito an Eared. There was one that was especially dark, but it was a Pied-billed.)
