I think that field has been turned into a townhouse development.  Something 
like Bivalve comes to mind but Jim should know.

Where was that place that Marshall found a Lark Sparrow back in 1999?
That was just down I-97 from where Kevin works and would be a nice lunch
birding spot, unless it's a condo now :(

Kevin Shea asks about birding locales near Rt. 50, in Anne Arundel
County.

Kevin, you might check out Sandy Point State Park--it's the last exit
from Rt.
50 before you cross the Bay Bridge, and it offers a variety of habitats
that
produce birds throughout the year.  I'm sure the Anne Arundel folks can
make
other suggestions as well.
